Refund & Cancellation Policy
We strive to make your transfers as seamless as possible. Please note the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds:
Before Pickup: You may cancel your transfer at any time prior to the funds being collected. You can do this directly through the app by clicking the “Cancel” button next to your transaction status, or by calling our support team.
Real-Time Updates: Our system is designed to update a transaction to “Picked Up” the moment the recipient receives the funds. Once this status is triggered, the transfer is considered complete.
After Pickup: Due to the nature of money transfers, we cannot issue a refund or cancel a transaction once the funds have been picked up by the recipient.
